12.11.2008: Der wahrscheinlich schlimmste aller Tage...

Ich saß den ganzen Morgen zuhause. Um 9.00h bin ich aufgestanden und konnte nicht mehr schlafen...
Als ich ins Internet ging und in verschiedenen Foren laß, musste ich feststellen, dass einer nach dem anderen seine Antwort bekommen hatte. Super, und ich immernoch nicht...

Mittags bin ich 15km zu meiner Oma gefahren und habe dort zu Mittag gegessen, blöd nur, dass es da kein Internet gibt... Also hab ich mich noch verrückter gemacht. Dass meine Eltern und meine Tante angerufen hat und mich gefragt hat, was nun los sei, hat die Aufregung nicht gerade genommen...

Nach langem hin und her hü und hott habe ich mich entschlossen zu meiner anderen Tante im selben Dorf zu fahren und dort ans Internet zu gehen, da ich es wirklich nicht mehr aushielt.
Es wurde 12, es wurde 1, und keine Antwort...

Schließlich entschloss ich mich Megan einmal anzurufen. Am Telefon sagte sie mir, dass sie die Mail schon verschickt habe. Aber ich hatte nichts bekommen, also schickte sie mir die Email noch einmal:

For the moment, we are unable to give you a departure date as none are available. It may take some time (some weeks or months) before we have a cancellation or more available positions. Please be sure we will call you if an available position comes up to make you an offer and explain the departure process. In general, depending on the cancellation, we try to make offers at least 2 months before the departure in order for you to get organized but please understand that you are on the Waiting List for the moment & we can not guarantee you to have a departure according to your availabilities & your jobs preferences.
